Who is Picture Perfect Quilts.?

We are a small business located in the heart of Louisiana. Owner Patsy Sharbono began ECI in 1993 as a commercial embroidery company (Embroidery Concepts, Inc.), and has since expanded the business to include 4-color process imprints on quilt squares. Picture Perfect Quilts is a trademark of the parent company, ECI Central, llc.

Can I place my order by phone?

        Absolutey!  Our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to take your order over the phone.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.  We are closed Saturday and Sunday; however, you may call and leave a voice mail with your pertinent information.

What form of payment does Picture Perfect Quilts accept?

        We accept payment online or through fax via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, America Express, and PayPal.  For security, please do not email your credit card or banking information.  For mail-in orders, we will accept a Personal Check or Money Order.  Please do not send cash.

Note: Your Credit Card Statement Will Reflect ECI Central, llc. as the Vendor.

       
What if I don't have a credit card?

        We will accept a Personal Check or Money Order.  We will not ship the order for 14 days in order for the personal check to clear from your bank.  Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 nsf fee.  Please do not send cash with a mail-in order.  Download our order form, fill in, and mail it along with your payment to:

Will I pay sales tax?

        We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Louisiana only.

When will my credit card be charged?

        Upon placing your order, your credit card is authorized and set for payment immediately.

When will my order ship?

        Due to the Customization and Printing Process, orders with payment secured with a credit card usually will ship within 7 days.  For orders with payment secured with a personal check, your order will ship within 14 days.

        Your ship date will depend upon any of the following: (1) was picture/text uploaded in approved format?, (2) will the design need to be personalized?, (3) time you need for design approval, (4) quantity of product to be printed.

Once I place my order, will I receive verification that my order has been received?

        Yes.  For orders placed online, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received and is in processing.  This email confirmation will include your order number and all pertinent information regarding your order.

        For orders sent via the U.S. mail, you will receive a confirmation through the mail.

Will I be notified that my order has shipped or ready for pick-up?

        Yes, you will be notified that your order has shipped.  We will send you an email stating that your order has shipped, the method of shipment, and a tracking number for your package.

Once I have submitted my order, can I make any changes or cancel my order?

        Unfortunately, once the order has been submitted, we usually cannot accept changes or cancellations.  If you think it is necessary to alter your order, please call us at 1-800-748-7039 and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.  Please refer to our Return Policy for further details. Picture Perfect Quilts is committed to customer satisfaction, and we will be happy to help you with your order any way we can!

Where is my order shipping from?

        All orders are shipped from our retail store at 130 Crooks Lane, Dry Prong, LA 71423.

Do you include any invoices or packing slips in the box with the shipment?

        We include your invoice in your package. For orders received online, an invoice will be emailed back to you showing all charges. This slip will include your order number and customer number, and we will need that information should it be necessary for you to call us to discuss you order once it has arrived.

    Picture Perfect Quilts does have in place procedures for returning merchandise.  For your convenience, you can download a Return Authorization Form.

What do you charge for Shipping and Handling?

      Picture Perfect Quilts works hard at keeping costs down for their customers, and for this reason we do not charge a handling fee.  Shipping fees are calculated using real time UPS charges, and are reflected in your total costs.

Do you offer express shipping?

        If your order needs to be “rushed”, the order must initially phoned in to us.  Please state at the beginning of discussing your order with our customer service representative that this is a "RUSH" order. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Can I exchange an item, cancel my order, or return an item?

        Please see our Return Policy for procedures and restrictions.

How long does it take for my refund to appear on my credit card statement?

        We will process your refund as soon as we receive your return. However, your credit card company may take up to 30 days to process the refund and it reflect on your card statement.

Do you ship Internationally?       

        Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside the United States at this time.  Please continue to check back with us often as we are working diligently to provide our products to international customers.

How can I check the status of my order?

        When you placed your order, an email was sent giving you a link to check the status.  You can also check your order status via email to sales@PicturePerfectQuilts.com or by calling our customer service representative at 1-800-748-7039.

Is there an Picture Perfect Quilts store near me?

        Yes!  We are located at 130 Crooks Lane in the Prospect Community, Louisiana right in the heart of Louisiana.  Call us for directions or click here for a map.

Do you have a Wholesale Program?

        We do not offer a wholesale program at this time. However, for orders of 3 pieces or more, we may be able to discount the price. Please call our customer service representative at 1-800-748-7039 do discuss before placing your order online.

Can you send me a catalog?
 

        We do not produce a catalog at this time.
