Returns and Cancelled Orders
Returns:
It is your responsibility to check for discrepancies or defects in an order.
Returns must be authorized by ECI Central, llc (ECI) in advance. To return an item you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your order and obtain a return authorization number. All requests may be submitted in 3 ways:

Altered or embellished garments are not returnable unless the design is flawed. Please call and discuss with one of our customer service representatives within three (3) days of receipt of the item.
Authorized returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form or number from ECI.
•All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
•Items will not be accepted that have been washed, worn, altered, or smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke.
•Shipping costs are at the cost to the customer.
•ECI Central, llc. reserves the right to refuse a return. •All returns that are received without a return authorization number will be refused. •Returned items are to be shipped via UPS Ground or Insured U.S. Mail.
Cancelled orders must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 20% fee. Cancelizations are not allowed after 3 days once the order is submitted. Return fees must be prepaid. Please contact ECI Customer Service for a return authorization. All requests may be submitted in 3 ways:
